If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact gcup4 customer support rather than registering a new account.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and payment method. gcup4 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by a member.
Gcup4 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX through major Malaysian banks (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, and others). gcup4 does not accept any foreign payment methods.
Gcup4 members may withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions. gcup4 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and transparently.
Gcup4 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review, particularly for unusually large amounts or accounts exhibiting suspicious activity patterns. In such cases, gcup4 will contact the member within 48 hours with further details.
Gcup4 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective bonus terms, and the following general conditions also apply to all gcup4 offers:
All bets placed and games played on the gcup4 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except under specific circumstances outlined below. Members are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation.

If you disagree with any changes to gcup4's Terms & Conditions, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect by contacting gcup4 customer support. In such cases, any eligible account balance will be returned to you.
